Gordon Thomas - Musical Director

Tamworth Male Voice Choir has had only two Musical Directors during the twenty six years of its existence. The current holder is the effervescent Gordon Thomas. He is one of the founder members of the choir and helped it through its formative years. For many years he was the treasurer but in 1986 he exchanged the cashbox for the batonand since then has inspired the choir to consistently good performances over the years. His choice of music is both imaginative and challenging which keeps the choir interested in their music. A musician with a wide interest in new music Gordon is always on the lookout for something new and different to try with the choir.
